General Manager, Retail Wine Shop Summary Oversees management, budget, and operation of entire wine shop operation. Maintains liaison with other company outlets to achieve maximum profitability. Directs all wine shop staff, ensuring proper sequence of retail store and high level of customer satisfaction. Markets the wine shop, wine clubs, and wine events and maintain community relations to achieve maximum sales potential. Works with other Administrative staff to facilitate communication throughout the Company. Works to enhance customer and investor relations. Internet Sales Coordinator, Retail Wine Shop Summary Acts in wine shop staff capacity in gathering and responding to customer purchase requests generated from the web presence, specifically e-store, wine auctions site, and wine list on the Internet. Composes and administers thoughtful and consistent e-mail sales releases weekly and responds to queries. Works with General Manager in determining current inventory needs and introduction of new wines. Provides product education to wine sales staff. Maintains professional relationship with wine vendors and wholesale representatives on behalf of the Company. Works in all facets of the wine shop including sales, stocking, shipping, and shop keeping. |
