We pour six to eight wines selected according to the week’s theme, focusing on a region, varietal, style or whim. Tastings are from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., no reservations necessary. At our Saturday Tastings we pour six wines in The Brasserie, according to the week’s theme. Our Chef prepares a selection of entrees to accompany the wine for just $12.50. Make your reservations between 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., (858) 450-9557. We also host many Special Events, including winemaker dinners, rare wine tastings, and warehouse sales. Our dinners and tastings often sell out well in advance, so we encourage our patrons to make reservations early. Wednesday Tastings are from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., no reservations necessary. All tastings are $15 and Wine Club members receive $5 off all Wednesday tastings. Make your tasting a meal with our Wednesday Night Grill. For an additional $11.99 you can enjoy a grilled item with salad and dessert. Friday, March 12: Gary Parker Wine Club Dinner$88 per person, plus tax and gratuity Our founder takes center stage this evening with selections from our premium wine club, "The Gary Parker Collection." Each month we deliver our selections of the month to our premium club members. These wines represent the pinnacle of our wine-tasting experience and are selected for their approachability and potential to improve over time. Join us for an awesome evening where Gary picks his favorites and showcases them in the Brasserie, perfectly paired with Chef Matt’s creations. This evening is sure to be a hit!
