Lone Madrone Wine Dinner

We are excited for the Lone Madrone Wine Dinner, one of our favorite Paso Robles wineries! Owner / Winemaker Neil Collins, has quite an impressive history in the wine industry! Neil was born and raised in Bristol, England. After visiting his sister Jackie in Santa Barbara, and traveling, Neil settled down and decided to investigate the winemaking world, beginning with work at Ken Volk, then with John Munch at Adelaida Cellars. John encouraged Neil to purchase the first fruit from the York Mountain AVA in 1996 for the first Lone Madrone Wine.
In 1997 Neil and his family moved to France so Neil could work for the Perrin Family at the fabled Chateau Beaucastel for one year. In 1998 Neil returned and took the position at Tablas Creek. He still holds that position today as winemaker and vineyard manager as Tablas Creek Estate as well as owner for Lone Madrone!
For this dinner we will be celebrating the wines of Lone Madrone from Neil Collins, paired with Chef’s delicious pairings!
