The WineSellar provides wine storage for the safe and proper keeping of wine collections for individuals and businesses. With its state of the art three-story mezzanine system, temperature is kept at 57 degrees F, and the humidity stays in the mid-sixties. The ideal environment for wine storage.

San Diego's best tasting and food pairing experience! Our Saturday tastings are held upstairs in our award winning restaurant, "The Brasserie." We pour six wines at your table with accompanying tasting notes, and prepare selected entrées to complement the wines.
Regarding destinations for our next and up coming wine tours, we are leaning towards Australia and Spain in the upcoming years. Please let us know which you might be interested in and if there is any other wine regions in the world that you would like for us to put on our list. We want to go where you want to go!
