The 2023 Eberle Estate Viognier is a vibrant Paso Robles white, awarded 95 points and named Best White at the Central Coast Wine Competition. Its silver‑gold hue and expressive aromatics—lychee, apricot, peach, honeysuckle, citrus blossom, and ginger—set the stage for a lush yet balanced palate. Sweet‑toned fruit is lifted by bright acidity, finishing long with ginger and grapefruit accents. Fermented in stainless steel and neutral oak, this Viognier is both refreshing and richly textured.
