An authentic vino de mezcal, Don Fulano is carefully produced from hand selected mature agaves from the family’s estate. Slowly cooked and naturally fermented using proprietary yeast, it is distilled in copper, and rested in dark European oak before each batch is blended from carefully selected barrels by the master of the cellar and married together before being bottled without additives.
