74% Sauvignon Blanc, 26% Semillon; Sustainable. Aged on the lees in stainless steel vats.
Aromas of boxwood, and lime. On the palate there are notes of pineapple, peach and citrus. Rounded texture. Pair with our Ahi Tuna Tartare!
2021 Chateau Saint-Andre Corbin, St-Georges-St-Emilion

70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc; Perched on a hill north of St.Emilion on an estate that dates back to the Gallo-Roman era. Aged 15 months in French Oak barrels. Notes of wonderfully ripe plums, boysenberries, chocolate, purple flowers, and toast.Â

This begins as a lively wine and settles into its tannins and the darker spectrum with notes of blackberries, dark cherries, cassis, nutmeg, chocolate, roasted coffee, licorice and tobacco. Slightly chewy. Pair with our Duck Two Ways!
