2022 Ducourt, Chateau la Rose du Pin, Bordeaux Blanc, Entre-deux-Mers 

Bordeaux, France - $ / Members $

74% Sauvignon Blanc, 26% Semillon; Sustainable. Aged on the lees in stainless steel vats.

Aromas of boxwood, and lime. On the palate there are notes of pineapple, peach and citrus. Rounded texture. Pair with our Ahi Tuna Tartare!

2021 Chateau Saint-Andre Corbin, St-Georges-St-Emilion

Bordeaux, France - $ / Members $

70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc; Perched on a hill north of St.Emilion on an estate that dates back to the Gallo-Roman era. Aged 15 months in French Oak barrels. Notes of wonderfully ripe plums, boysenberries, chocolate, purple flowers, and toast. 

Lush with silky tannins. Pair with our Blue Onion Burger!

2018 Chateau Roc de Becot, Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion

95% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc; The average age of the vines is 35 years. 

Chateau Roc de Becot is the jewel in the Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion crown. This wine is dominated with red fruit, notes of red plums, cherries, followed by notes of cedar, 

tobacco, and a touch of spice. Pair with our Short Rib Sliders!

2019 Les Hauts de Lynch-Moussas, Haut-Medoc

Bordeaux, France – $37.99 / Members $34.20

70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot: An excellent way to try the winemaking from Chateau Lynch-Moussas, a 5th growth from the Left Bank of Bordeaux.

This begins as a lively wine and settles into its tannins and the darker spectrum with notes of blackberries, dark cherries, cassis, nutmeg, chocolate, roasted coffee, licorice and tobacco. Slightly chewy. Pair with our Duck Two Ways!
